The Techno-Glaze skylight can be supplied for any size of upstand between 500mm x 500mm and 2,500mm x 1,250mm. Larger units can be provided, however need to be evaluated on an enquiry basis.
These may require thicker glazing specifications and / or intermediate rafter bar assemblies. The
Techno-Glaze skylight is capable of being installed at pitches between 5 and 45 degrees.
The Techno-Glaze skylight profile can be utilised for unlimited lengths of roof glazing. In this
instance the 2 end units would have framing to 3 sides and all intermediate units would have framing
to 2 sides.
The frames are glazed in such a way that when mechanically fixed together on site the glass produces an 8-10mm gap, which is silicone sealed externally and covered internally.

Whilst our standard Techno-Glaze product can be fabricated to suit any upstand dimensions within
our standard range, we have also established a small range of standard dimension (stocked) rooflights.
The framework for these skylights are prefabricated in larger quantities, making them ideal for both
budget and programme restraints.
